Hello everyone!

On behalf of Madam Treasurer Bearce, it is my honor to welcome you to the 2017 NMAC Treasurers Affiliate Conference!

This year’s conference will be held at Hotel Albuquerque, Oct. 18 – 20. Early Registration will be on Oct. 17.

The theme of this conference will be “Transparency and Accountability In Action”. We will have several presentations that speak directly to that overall theme. Additionally, we will have topics such as an economic outlook and a discussion on common issues affecting us all. To view the conference's agenda, please click on the image to the right. 


Please fill out and return both the Registration and Activity Survey Forms as soon as possible. On the Activity Form, please also indicate how many rooms you will need (if any). The Registration Form should be completed for each individual attending the conference.

Some have already inquired regarding the hotel booking. In order to book your room, please call (866) 505-7829 and ask to be connected to reservations. To receive the group rate, guests must specify that they would like to be placed within the New Mexico Treasurers Affiliate Conference block of rooms or block code 1710NMTREA.

Please note, the reservations cut-off date will be: Sept. 26, 2017. After this date, any remaining rooms within the block will be released into the hotel’s general inventory.

Mon-Fri 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Sat and Sun 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
